Back in the late 90s I was just a young kid who wanted to make computers do cool things.

It started with a C programming book my parents bought me (after much begging) when I was 12. As I began to tinker and learn I had no idea that people actually made a living doing this stuff - I just wanted to play around on the computer. Time progressed and I learned what it meant to be an engineer. I read everything I could, I read code, I learned from others work, I asked questions... and I wrote a ton of code. The years went on, my education continued, and I grew into the engineer I am today.

Software development always has and continues to be a true passion of mine. At my core I am still that little kid, learning new things, wanting to play around...wanting to make the computer do cool things.

Thankfully, these days I have the privilege of making really cool things for others on the web.
